Besides super sparkly bling, which is a given, what makes this boutique exceptional is its top floor art gallery and lounge for special occasions. With a wet bar and a Swarovski-crystal chandelier, The No Regrets Lounge is the perfect posh place to chill out after you've just splurged on a $40,000 couture bracelet.

The No Regrets Lounge is only open for events, but if they're not busy, you may ask them for a peek.
While Webster's couture pieces can range from $40,000 to $125,000 — yowza! — there are some items starting at $200 for those on a smaller budget.
Los Angeles interior designer Alexis Readinger worked on the lavish space, which includes skull-engraved concrete floors, black crocodile jewelry cases, and serpentine stairs!
